- Comments: Within minutes of listing on Home Advisor John (Countrymens Garage Door Service) contacted me gave me an estimate and was able to respond immediately. The repair was completed within 2.5 hrs. John replaced 2 mainsprings on an 8 ft door, had all necessary parts and tools, and even inspected and lubricated my second door at no additional charge. Best $ 225 I have spent in years. 3 Yr Warranty, done by a professional, licensed and insured, and certainly a Gentleman to boot. Thank you John, you will have my future business.

- Comments: We were in a panic; the main spring on the garage door had broken with my wife's car stuck inside, and she needed it in order to go to our small resteraunt on Monday morning to open, and this all happened Saturday . Service Master, who originally installed the door, wanted nearly $480.00 just to show up on the week end. So I checked Home Advisor and fond Countrymens Garage Door Service. Less than 1 hour after posting my job offer, the owner called me and we hired him on the spot, and he came out at 10:00 AM Sunday morning, replaced BOTH springs, did some minor adjustments and such to the door, and had us rolling again in under 2 hours, for $250.00 !!!! The service was prompt, professional, and went without a hitch. From now on, John at Countrymens is the garage door company we will use. And when we get ready to upgrade to a new door, guess who we are gonna call?

Let me be the first to say that john with countrymens garage door and repair is a best in the industry after hurricane irma took out everything at 5 in the afternoon I called in desperate need of repair because my family's only vehicle was stuck in the garage and with the door halfway hanging off without question John came and fixed it without fail. When closing my garage door late Saturday night, I heard a loud snap—not good! The right spring had broken apart. John of Countrymens Garage Door Service advertises that he is open 7 days a week, so I called him Sunday morning because our only car was stuck inside the garage. John was willing to come out on a Sunday, but I told him I wouldn't need to get the car until Monday morning. He showed up promptly (actually a few minutes early) on Monday. He took a look at the problem and quoted me the total price for parts and labor (I opted to be proactive and replace both springs). He then went to work. In about an hour he had replaced the springs, fixed a minor problem he found, and checked the entire garage door opening system. The final bill was the original price he had quoted (always great when there are no surprises at the end!), and his fee was very reasonable. John was prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. I was referred to John from another satisfied customer. I called and he came out the very next day! Very professional, courteous and trustworthy. He replaced all the old metal rollers on both of my garage doors with nylon rollers, and "tuned up" and lubed everything else. Doors super quiet now and work like a charm.
